In-House Face-to-Face Fundraising means that you will be trained and managed by fundraising departments within a charity, drawing you much closer to the heart of the campaign you are working for. It also gives rise to a greater opportunity to be involved in a wider range of fundraising and awareness initiatives being employed by that charity.

As an experienced fundraiser, you will be quickly sent out into the field to continue with the job you love - but with fresh inspiration!

Flow Caritas provides advice and support to both the charity and fundraisers they have brought together in the set-up and continued success of an in-house programme. 

So far, we have successfully helped four major charities set up their own in-house teams and have witnessed incredible success. With another project about to launch we are currently also in negotiations with a number of other charities
