Our Recruitment Process

We work using a standard recruitment process to ensure that we achieve the best possible results.

·        We source candidates through a number of different channels. Ongoing advertising campaigns on various websites, in the press and charity journals along with candidate referrals ensure that our database is as up to date and extensive as possible.

·        Working with a job description and person specification from the client we endeavour to find suitable candidates.

·        Candidates who apply to us are invited in to interview. We are able to ascertain their true motivations and aims and assess their suitability for particular roles.

·        We then send the CVs of relevant candidates forward for you to look at and decide which candidates you would like to see.

·        Candidates who are requested for interview will be fully briefed about the position and the charity before attending an interview.

·        We remain the point of contact for both the client and the candidate until an offer is made.
