About Us

Flow Caritas was created as a dedicated not-for-profit and more specifically a charity recruitment consultancy. All our staff have a keen interest in this sector and a strong proven background in recruitment.

As experienced recruiters we are often asked to turn our hand to all sorts of roles, but our special area of expertise includes, fundraising, Marketing and PR.  Due, however, to increasing demand from our clients, we have now opened a dedicated support service section.  This section is responsible for supplying temporary and permanent staff, including administrators, secretaries, PAs, customer service staff and database administrators.

We deliver a personal, professional and intelligent service to both our candidates and clients and have worked with over 100 charities, helping them to meet their recruitment needs.
