With successful street fundraising campaigns in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Leeds the charity are now looking for a deputy manager to join their Leeds team. We need a brilliant street fundraising team leader with strong experience of street fundraising.
Working directly for the British Red Cross you will be part of the LARGEST humanitarian movement on the planet – an opportunity not to be missed surely!
As a deputy manager you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £11 p/h plus 38 days of paid holiday each year. Your main duties will be to:
- Support the Manager with day to day operational management
- Cover the Manager when on annual leave or during periods of illness
- Set up and close down teams
- Help recruit and train new fundraisers
- Phone support for team leaders
- Keep management updated
- Help to conduct performance reviews
We are looking for an experienced team leader with high working standards and a desire to progress within fundraising.
