Hours are 10-6pm Mon-Fri. Pay starts at £7.50 p/h going up to £8 p/h after a month. You must be available for a minimum of 3-4 months and longer for amazing team leading progression. After 3 months you'll get extra holiday pay taking it up to 38 days. Plus the charity have great incentives too.
