The British Red Cross have enjoyed nearly 2 fantastic years of street fundraising since the launch of their first in-house street fundraising team in London. We have continued to grow the operation by expanding regionally around the UK!
We are now looking for an experienced street fundraising team leader or manager to run the Leeds section. This is a great opportunity to join a growing operation and be a key member of the team at the British Red Cross.
The British Red Cross are one of the world’s best known humanitarian charities working worldwide and also in the UK. Their hard work and passion helps people in areas hit by natural disaster such as the recent flooding in Pakistan, earthquake in Haiti and on-going crisis in Darfur. They also have fantastic First Aid programmes, as well as Health and Social Care and Refugee Services, both internationally and in the UK.
Depending on your street fundraising experience you will be paid between £10 and £12 per hour, with excellent progression opportunities. For example, the charity even offers the chance to go to their head-office in Geneva to get involved in some of their work and volunteering opportunities.
