The Worshipful Company of Salters, one of the livery companies of London founded in the 14th Century, approached Flow about recruiting their first charity manager to manage their grant-giving programme. This was completely new for the historic organisation so our consultative approach came to the fore, advising on the role profile and who could make the biggest difference to their success in the coming years.
Providing a personalised and supportive service helped the Salters in their selection and interview techniques. Their newest member of staff started in September 2010 and is already bringing on new partnerships.
