Our new London F2F Recruitment team

At Flow Caritas we have had a very exciting start to the year, with the expansion of our Face-to-Face Fundraising team. We have had a face to face recruitment team since 1998. The Manchester branch until January of this year, were responsible for recruitment across the country including London. Due to their success and the high demand from charities for fundraisers, we have decided to expand our team to form a London based team in order to be closer and provide better support for our southern clients and candidates.

Our London team is currently recruiting Face-to-Face Fundraisers for charities such as Shelter, Oxfam, Marie Curie, World Vision, MSF and the British Red Cross. Charities choose to invest in Face-to-Face Fundraisers as they provide a constant flow of donations and investment from the general public. By placing people in the streets or going door-to-door, charities are able to make fundraising more personable and relatable. It is also an excellent way for charities to talk to their supporters and find out the reason they support the charity and what they think of the work they do.

At Flow Caritas we look after the charities that work with us and support our candidates. We handle the creation and distribution of job adverts for our clients and go through the CV’s of all applicants that apply. We then screen chosen applicants over the phone before we put them forward for interview. Before the candidate attends the interview we make sure to have a phone call with them, giving them a breakdown of the charity, questions they should expect to be asked and last of all, to wish them luck.

Whether successful or not we call each of our applicants with feedback on their interview. If offered a position as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser we personally book you in for your training and handle your payroll. At Flow Caritas we keep in touch with our successful candidates to make sure they are enjoying their new role and put them forward if we find any progression opportunity within their charity.

We offer paid full-time and part-time positions. If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding new role, please get in touch with our new Face-to-Face Fundraising team for more information at: antonia@flowcaritas.co.uk or megan@flowcaritas.co.uk.
