    Natwest Nightmare

    Posted By: Rory

Fingers crossed everything has now been resolved with Natwest and RBS. We process all our payroll through Natwest so that meant that none of our temps were paid on Thursday and many had to wait until the weekend to get their money. We did everything we could to alleviate that pain and myself and the team spent Friday afternoon paying cash into a lot of bank accounts. We had to come to the specific rescue of a few people; Rachel had taken the day off to go to Alton Towers. At 9.30am on Thursday we had to race to the bank to pay cash in to ensure she had a wonderful day. The team at Everychild didn’t have enough money to pay for tickets out to their sites or buy food, so again we were there to make sure they were looked after.

To make things easier we are also going to take back any emergency cash you received at the end of last week, over 3 consecutive payrolls.

Thank you for your patience everyone and a big thanks to my great team here at Flow Caritas for making a difficult situation a bit easier.
