Blesma created their Digital Media Officer position when they needed a person to play a key role in realising Blesma’s strategic goals. They needed someone that would be able to succeed in a very creative role, including re-vamping our website, pushing forward our rebrand as well as increasing our engagement on social media.
Flow Caritas helped him recruit Nick, whose digital skills and previous experience made him perfect for the role. Nick built up Blesma’s web presence and made their organisation a lot more responsive online. He also increased their monthly impressions across all their digital platforms by 20 fold.
