There isn’t one. We have all sorts of people working for us throughout the UK, ranging in age from 18 to 70 years. Musicians, students, actors, pensioners.
- What sort of skills do you need?
You just need to be outgoing, articulate and thick skinned as you will get a lot of rejection.
- Do I get paid?
Of course. All our staff are paid an hourly rate of at least £9 per hour and as you progress you can get paid up to £12 per hour. You are paid weekly straight into your bank account.
- How long do I need to be available for?
At least 2 months. A lot of people end up enjoying it so much that they stay much longer than this.

Yes completely. You can quickly become a team leader, which means an increase in responsibilities and pay. There are also a lot of manager roles. As the sector has grown there are more and more opportunities to develop in other charities.
